Background
Media rights for the GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series reside with the Series organisers (SailJuice and SailRacer). Third party content producers such as photographers and videographers often wish to cover the GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series and its events. Media rights need to be assigned to these third parties on an event by event and non-exclusive basis on the following terms :
Obligations of Third Party
The full name of the Series (GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series) is used and credited in any material produced with supporting deions eg video synopsis
The GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series branding to be displayed at least once for at least 5 seconds in any video produced in a prominent position
To provide to the Series Organisers at least 2 minutes of quality and useable video footage from each agreed event, over at least 4 different clips to feature a variety of material eg different classes, parts of race course, races etc within 48 hours of the last race finishing of individual agreed events.
Not to use the following terms (or any of their derivatives) to describe output from GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series events
Obligations of Series Organisers
Credit the third party content producer
Display any provided watermark logos from the third party over their material
Acknowledge the third party in any media material relating to any edited output featuring the third party.
